An Open Letter …
I write these posts for a variety of reasons. Some are a way to repay all of those mentors and people who have helped me during my career by re-sharing ideas and knowledge. Others are about social issues that are important to me. This one is a little different, I hope you enjoy it, an open letter to my kids about the gifts that don’t always come wrapped with a bow.
